Hats are spot clean only (do not machine wash). They should be stored upside down on their crown, and should not be left out in the sun for a prolonged period of time.
If you don't love your first order, it's on us. Return your hat within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact your fit specialist, Ariel, at email@example.com and we'll take care of you.
Once your payment is verified your order will ship within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11am PST will be shipped the next business day. We do offer expedited shipping options (Overnight and 2-Day) at checkout.
We currently ship throughout the United States only. International shipping expected in early 2018.
