Great hat, great customer service!

I ordered this in the wrong size originally. The exchange process was quick and free. Unfortunately, the replacement was also too small, and I guess the system only lets you do 1 free exchange per order. I returned the hat, intending to just buy the next size up when I got the refund, and called customer service to make sure I did everything right, and they just exchanged it for me, no problems! Great experience!

I ordered this hat as a “Large” and when I tried it on it was close to perfect. I put the adhesive strips in the hat band and the fit was perfect. The dimples were in the crown were swallow and I would have liked them more deep, more set in place. I liked the color selection that was available with this style of hat. I hope you keep the color selection. I like this hat and I will keep it.

Very happy with my hat.

I’ve been wearing this as my new hat straight from the box. I’ve been very impressed. It’s a fine hat and I just ordered another. I recommend tenth st to everyone looking for a good hat. I was right in between sizes so I ordered up. It was too big but after using the hat sizers sent with the hat, it fits perfectly.
