United StatesNice hat. Like most campaign hats it’s more a case of your head fitting the hat rather than the hat fitting your head. I wear a 7 3/8 or 7 1/2 depending on the hat and the xl fits fine. I like it.
United StatesThe “leather strap is plastic” so it feels cheap, removed the strap and you ar good to go !!
United StatesI got this in 7-1/4 and it fits well enough. I did replace the wind strap with a leather lace and it works fine. I wear this walking the dog on bad weather days and it works well. It's a wool hat, keeps my head warm, keeps sun out of my eyes and rain off my head. Can you spend $230+ for another brand of wool campaign hat? Surely. It does the same thing this $75 hat does.
