When you order a Stetson, you know that the quality will be really good. That goes for this wool fedora, too. I had to insert two strips of Hat Sizing Tape because it was slightly too big even though I went with the Large after measuring my head. It's a great hat and the georgeous plaid pattern inside is the cherry on the cake. But unfortunately, the plaid band shown on this website is missing, as you can see in the photo. I sent an e-mail to the customer service, but they never replied. Same on Facebook. That happened to me before. I have ordered from Tenth Street several times and the quality of the hats is really good, but I'm sorry to say that the customer service is not really up to today's standards.

I ordered a gray wool fedora. It’s shown on your site with a plaid ribbon around the brim, but when I got it the only plaid was on the inside of the hat. When I questioned this I was told I had to state a problem with 1day. Sorry but this

If you received something different, it is most likely the wrong or a faulty hat. You have 30 days to exchange, return, or report any issue with your hat.
