United StatesThe hat came well packaged and with hat size strips for adjustment which worked out great to make the hat fit securely. I ordered the XL and it was a tiny bit large but not that large. Beautiful well made hat that I hope lasts many years! I plan on wearing this hat in the spring and fall because I sweat so much that I would ruin it in the summer months. As I said before its seems to be well made and heavy duty. It is not crushable and that's alright by me. So if your on the fence about it I say go ahead and get it because its worth the money!

Being new it is very stiff, I expect with wear it will soften up some. I am very happy with this purchase and I am sure I will purchase more in the future.
